The new Genisis planer moulder has just arrived, combining a heavy duty construction and high specification which includes;
- Hardened chromed beds
- Motorised adjustment to the top beam/feed rollers and top cutter
- Pneumatic inclusion/exclusion of pre infeed roller
- Pneumatic pressure to the feed rollers
- Variable feed speed via electronic inverter
- Automatic star Delta starting to each motor
- Upgraded motors, 7.5 Hp all round except the top head which has 10 Hp
- Max working capacity 230 x 120mm
- Min working capacity 25 x 8mm
- 2,200mm pre straightening table
