We always have a new OMC heated press either on order or in stock ready for immediate dispatch. These machines simply have to be seen to appreciate the true quality of construction where only structurally graded steel is used in the manufacturing process. The machines are 3100 x 1550mm (10ft x 5ft), built around a 200 ton capacity frame with the actual pressure being a mighty 160 tons.

Complimenting this traditional heavy duty construction is the colour touch screen controller which allows the heating system to activate on a timed cycle in preparation for use. The temperature and pressure setting, pressing time and the ability to include or exclude the outside cylinders along the calculation of pressure setting when only part loading are all valuable features available through the touch screen.
