Dust unit anyone....??

December 2013 saw a container load of dust extractors being delivered. These machines form part of the Genisis range which offer an unparalleled level of quality along with a high specification. 

Delivery in a sealed container and being offloaded at our works.

Safely offloaded and palletised for stock.

The delivery included;

Fine dust unit for sanding dust having ATEX rated explosion relief panels, 1 micron cartridge filters, filter cleaners, 7.5 Hp motor and a 250mm inlet.

Also delivered are a number of traditional style bagging units, all with industrial rated motors and having large 1 micron filters and all of which can be assembled with the outlets on either the top or the bottom of the machines. The machines are also mobile and have rigid frames along with support bases for the collection bags making them possibly one of the most sturdy mobile machines available.

Single bag dust unit with powerful 1.5Hp motor (can be run off a 13 amp domestic supply) with 2 x 100mm outlets.

Also delivered and now in stock are the 2 bag dust units, the SF003 having a 3Hp motor (400 volts), 4 x 100mm inlets (or a single 200mm inlet) and the larger capacity SF005 with 5Hp motor for those looking to extract from a number of machines having 4 x 120mm inlets (or a single 250mm inlet).
