W10-The UK's largest exhibition for woodworking machinery is fast approaching....

Almost upon is is the W10 woodworking machinery exhibition being held from 3rd to 6th October at Birmingham's NEC. The exhibition formerly known as Woodmex, is the UK's largest event to the industry and held every 2 years...and celebrating our 20th anniversary... we will be there...!!.

As you can see from our website,our range of products is somewhat vast and varied and we will therefore be exhibiting a number of machines representative of our new machinery portfolio.

At the exhibition, there will be emphasis on the Genisis range of products which since being introduced into the UK market in 2006 has proved to be one of our best selling ranges, in particular the sliding table panel saw which we firmly believe, in terms of quality and strength of construction, there is nothing else on the market to either compare or compete at this price level....and now of course this is your opportunity to visit our stand No 6B310 to see and evaluate the machines for yourself.

Machines on display will include the flagship heavy duty Genisis X3 Plus sliding table panel saw which has 3,200mm heavy duty sliding table, 1500mm rip fence, 7.5 Hp main saw motor and independent scoring saw. The coulour touchscreen control mounted in the overhead control panel gives easy access for operating the motorised movements to the blade height, the blade tilt, the movement of the rip fence and the 2 axis movement of the scorer. The machine can store upto 300 programs and offers tha ability to calculate the upper or lower dimension when cutting with a tilted blade. Also on display will be a Genisis XC compact sliding table saw and ideal for furniture makers or those more restricted floor space. this machine has a 1900mm sliding table,1,000mm rip fence, independent scorer and the machine on display van take up to a 350mm diameter blade with the optional parallel safety guard fitted.

For those looking for a high class spindle moulder we will also have on display the German built Hofmann TFS1245. The Hofmann range are ideally suited to those looking for a heavy duty but accurate and easy to use machine which will offer the utmost in stability with the all cast iron construction to the base and the grey cast iron working surface which is fine planed and ribbed to ensure ease of feeding.

The display machine will have a table size of 2,050mm and will have the spindle motorised on the raise and lower and for the 45 degree tilt in both directions,all operated via an overhead control panel.The ultra heavy duty fence assembly and 650mm Aigner safety fences make this machine suitable for large and heavy joinery or with the finesse of construction fine quality furniture alike.

Completeing the display of machinery will be an example from our range of briquetting machines which will be seen working. The machine, model E55 produces a 55mm diameter briquette and can process up to 60Kg/hour, depending upon the waste. The machine has a cylindrical hopper to ensure full agitation of the waste,viewing window so the level of load can be easily monitored and load level sensor to enable the machine to be used on an automatic cycle.
