Established luxury fitted kitchen design and installation company Kitchen Kraft chooses the new Tecnoma KT3 edge banding machine to give them the leading edge in their manufacturing facility.

Having their factory and showroom in Scarisbrick,Lancashire, Kitchen Kraft also have further showrooms in Formby, Merseyside and Northwich,Cheshire which combined with advertising on Television has ensured that Kitchen Kraft have stayed busy designing and manufacturing luxury kitchens.

Due to the busy nature of the Kitchen Kraft workshop any machine supplied has to be capable of performing under arduous workloads, has to be reliable to eliminate 'down time' in production schedules and of course needs to be 'backed up' from a reputable supplier who can both install and look after any purchase over the long term,making the purchase of any equipment an investment rather than simply 'buying a machine'.

The latest investment by Kitchen Kraft is in a new machine from Tecnoma, who are an Italian manufacturer of edge banding machinery who offer a very user friendly yet comprehensive range of edge banding machines that are robust and simplistic in operation to ensure long term reliability and allow the setting between different thickness of tape to be an effortless and speedy process.

The machine supplied was a Tecnoma KT3 which has a hot melt glue pot, can readily apply tape from the coil upto 3mm in thickness, has end trim, top and bottom flush trim and the optional top and bottom buffing station.The machine runs at 8 m/min with end trim and flush trimming motors running at 12,000 rpm via an inverter.
