New heavy duty CNC panel saw delivered and commissioned

With over 120 installations throughout the UK, the Genisis sliding table panel saw has been our best selling saw ever...! It's not actually that hard to see why as once any customer is stood in front of the machine they see for themselves the quality and value they are getting for such a premium range product with the only thing missing being the premium badge and the premium price tag...!

 All the Genisis machines use the same very heavy duty sliding table of multi chamber construction, using solid hardened and chromed steel runners and large diameter dumbell rollers to ensure an easy gliding motion even when cutting heavy materials.

The Genisis X3 Plus has a reinforced body made of thicker plate steel which is laser cut and finger jointed to ensure strength and accuracy both during the construction process and during use. A long saw shaft also ensures the utmost stability and support for the blade during cutting of the densest of compact laminates and having the additional cross slide for support and the actual weight of the machine being 1124kg, this is one serious saw for doing some serious cutting...!

This latest installation was to a customer based in South Yorkshire whis is not only cutting standard MDF and MFC but also composite materials such as corian. The machine delivered was one of our CNC X3 Plus machines having a very generous specification which included;

Motorised adjustments to;

• 1500mm rip fence
• raise and lower of the main blade
• raise and lower of the scorer
• tilting of the sawblades
• lateral movement of the scorer.

All controlled via the overhead colour touch screen which also allows you to work to either the top or the bottom dimension when cutting with a tilted blade.

 The machine supplied was also fitted with digital displays to the cross cut fence and an additional cross slide to offer more support when large and heavy sheets are being cut.
