Fitch Recycling installs a new briquetting machine.

Fitch Recycling are a company that not only offers the general recycling of wood waste,paper,cardboard and electronic goods but also offer a complete secure and destruct service.

Fitch delivers the sacks for the secure documentation which are sealed,collected and then destroyed without being opened,i.e.the sack is also destroyed through the shredding machine with all this being under surveillance,recorded and then a certificate of completeion is issued

Recently installed is a new Genisis E80 briquetting machine to allow the production of briquettes to be used for both industrial and domestic use.

The machine delivered and commissioned produces an 80mm diameter briquette and was complete with a refrigeration cooling unit allowing 24 hour production if required along with an additional hopper which is fed directly by a waste transfer conveyor.

The machine has a load level detection sensor allowing it to work automatically along with an automatic bagging unit allowing the machine to produce briquettes self sufficiently.
